We offer quiet, attractive, smoke-free, furnished and unfurnished apartments in the historic, charming, downtown neighborhood of Myers Park. This beautiful neighborhood, on the south edge of the downtown area is home to the original brick homes of Tallahassee's earlier days, and is walking distance to the Capitol, Florida State University, restaurants and shopping. There is also the City's newly-renovated pool (heated in winter) just three blocks away, along with tennis, jogging trail, baseball diamond. Our apartment is named after the Cascades park, which is half a block away. Cascades Park is currently undergoing a $27 million extravaganza of development to make it the jewel of downtown Tallahassee.

Luxury one-bedroom apartments in Downtown Tallahassee, just blocks from the Capitol Building. The Cascades Building consists of 10 one-bedroom apartments. It has recently been substantially renovated, including all new paint, appliances, carpeting, HVAC. These apartments have a very comfortable floor plan and include a large, convenient kitchen.
